eZSharePro ® SOLVED THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING........!
My name is Steve McNeese.
I am the
owner of Onclarity, a
small software company based out of Plano, TX. We provide
full life cycle application development services for all
industries. We also have developed and own a product called
Interspect Voice, that we are actively marketing and
selling.
Interspect Voice
is a data collection system for the real estate inspection
industry and other inspection industries like fire and
safety. It is the first and only hands-free solution on the
market that allows inspectors to perform their inspections
without the burden of pen and paper, hand-held computers or
tablet PC’s. With Interspect Voice,
the inspector walks around the house and documents their
findings by speaking simple voice commands and/or dictation
into a wireless headset. Since the inspector does not have a
screen to look at, information and responses are spoken back
to them through the headset – basically they have a
real-time conversation with the computer.
Since
Interspect Voice is so heavily dependent on the
playback of text-to-speech and other audio from the
computer, we found ourselves limited in our ability to
demonstrate the software and provide online training. For
sales demonstrations and online training we use
GotoMeeting™ and
GotoWebinar™. These
products are fantastic for sharing and demonstrating your
applications remotely over an Internet connection, but since
they use traditional phone lines for the
teleconference, we struggled to find a way to share
the real-time audio coming from our application with the
callers in the meeting.
We tried everything from placing a
phone extension in front of speakers to more complex custom
solutions using an internal voice modem. As you can
imagine, the voice modem was too complex to use consistently
and placing a phone extension in front of the computer
produced unbalance and poor sound quality, as well as,
interfering with the speech recognition. All of this,
resulted in poor demonstrations, as well as, our inability
to easily include high quality audio from the computer, with
audio from the trainer, when recording our training videos.
After many months of “living” with
this solution, I searched the Internet again, in hopes that
I could find a better solution. That is when I found
eZSharePro! This
product was exactly what we were looking for and
needed. After a quick call, to verify what I was reading
about, did actually exist, I ordered immediately.
When the
eZSharePro arrived, I
was able to hook it up in just a few minutes and make our
first test call. We were amazed at the sound quality! It
sounded like the computer was another person on a phone
extension. We have used
eZSharePro on every demonstration and training call
since then. In fact, we now do more online demonstrations
with GotoMeeting™
because, we are no longer are limited in our ability
to share the text-to-speech and other audio from our
application with everyone on the
conference call. I highly recommend
eZSharePro to anyone that needs to share audio from a
PC, with callers on the telephone, or provide the ability to
record the telephone audio directly to your PC!

My name is Mark
Watkins.
I'm a
district Sales Manager, for an outside sales team in Louisville,
Kentucky with AT&T,
Real Yellow Pages and
YellowPages.com. We basically sell print Internet
advertising to Yellow Page customers. We also sell print
directory advertising. We sell, Internet advertising through our
website YellowPages.com, and we're also an authorized reseller
for Google and
Yahoo.
I was kind
of put in charge of trying to figure out a way to set up our
conference room, after
AT&T
had just merged with
Bell
South.
In our
office in Kentucky, we were trying to figure out our training
room, because we have about 45 sales reps. We do training every
single Tuesday morning for an hour. Basically, it's done using
Live Meeting for the slideshow
presentation, which is presented out of either Chicago,
Milwaukee, St. Louis, or Atlanta. They go through a slideshow
presentation using Live Meeting, but walk
through it and talk through it on a telephone line, on a
conference call, where we actually dial into a conference call,
enter our conference code, and we're put on a hold status, and
then everyone comes online at the same time. Everyone, at all
the different offices are muted, so we don't hear everyone
talking.
We're using
eZSharePro, which is working great, to be
able to hook up and broadcast through our stereo system in our
training room, the phone conversation of the training! That's
one of the challenges that I know that we've had, in trying to
find a device that would be able to connect to the telephone and
be able to hear it through the speakers. I went to
Radio Shack to try to find different ways
to do it. I'm pretty technologically savvy, but the options that
I came up with, just didn't work. So, I did a Google search,
and found you guys. The website set-up instructions and CD were
very helpful. It walked me through how to set it up and
everything like that, and it's worked great!
eZSharePro has helped solve our problem
for being able to broadcast a tele-conference, through our
stereo system, for everyone to be able to hear it.
eZSharePro has been the
only thing that has worked, like we wanted it to, to solve our
problem!

This

When
I first got it out and began to use it, I was amazed at how many
different ways the
eZSharePro could be used.
It seemed
like one idea sparked another after another. I've used it in a
number of different ways.
I've used
it to record testimonials and other phone-related audio clips.
I've used it in our network marketing business' to play back
testimonials and other instructional clips, to people that are
on the phone.
I've also
used the
eZSharePro to
record voiceovers right to the hard drive
of my computer, and I use those in various audio presentations
and flash animations. In fact, I use the device during portions

My name is John
Nicols.
Several weeks ago, I
lost the ability to speak with my own voice, because of
throat surgery.
I am
a
Systems
Administrator for a large computer engineering group. My
need to communicate on a technical level by telephone,
with
privacy, is very important. I started searching for various
programs and hardware to make this possible.
I first
found a text to speech program that would work for me. Next,
I needed a way to interface the output of this program to
the telephone. At first I put the speaker phone near the
computer speakers, which partially worked. There was a
problem with background noise, and clarity was lacking.
My
biggest issue, still, was the lack of privacy. This method
thus far, would never work in an office environment.
I continued to
search the web, and thankfully, I found a hardware device
that does what I need, and more. It worked flawlessly! This
